Last year they made an error on our taxes so we wanted to go back to them to get them to fix it due to their “100% accuracy guarantee”. We had an appt and they still were not available until 20 minutes after our scheduled appt time while we waiting with our 10 month old baby. We ended up leaving as they wouldn’t give us an ETA on when we would even be seen. If you want errors on your taxes and want to wait on an appt that may never happen, go here but if your time is valuable do NOT go here.
