Highly recommend going to the center and getting taxes done by Marcos. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and kind and thorough. This location is one of the H&R blocks that is open year-round, I was able to get the help I needed in a pinch I appreciate Marcos!
Had a horrible experience at H&R Block. I had an appointment at 2:30 pm. I showed up at 2:15 pm. I waited until a little past 3 pm just to be seen. After working with the tax professional until 4:15 pm, she told me that H&R Block's system was down so she could not submit my return and she had no idea when the system would be back up. So I left without my return being submitted. I called to follow up with her the next morning on whether the system had been fixed, and she said yes.
