Paid $600 for H&R Block to submit the wrong information with my taxes and get me a smaller refund. Thankfully the IRS fixed it (which delayed everything).
Kenneth the tax pro and Sarah the CSP did not do their due diligence and make client feel welcomed. Clients were first clients seeking for help and they did not give the client satisfaction experience. H&R Block is a brand and they do not represent this tax store well. At all. Very unprofessional
I had an issue with H&R Block online so I called the Goodyear office on Estrella Parkway. After speaking with someone about my issue they said that their manager would call me back. Tanya called me about 10 minutes later and helped me and my wife resolve our issue. Tanya was very helpful and walked us through the process! They have great customer service!
I just completed my taxes today, I was very satisfied with the help of all the employees at this location, staff,very friendly (professional) the environment is clean & safe. All my needs concerning my taxes were met. This is a professional location, and all the employees were very professional and trained (knowledgeable of taxes), I am highly/very satisfied. Fast and friendly staff, all staff looked well kept and squared away!!! I will be returning next year, No complaints
