There's never anyone in the office to answer phone and make apointment, even now in tax season./
Eric Ullman is a scam... Messed up my taxes completely... Taxed me on my total income and not my taxable income after standard deductions leading to me owing almost double what I should have to pay... Have tried to contact him since last year and he has not even tried to get back to me... Going to someone else for this issue. I've used HR Block for literally years, so when I saw that I owed 8k in taxes I knew something had to have been wrong. I even asked him and said that didn't sound right and "nope"... what a liar.
Linda is great! She really cares and takes you though what you need to do.
