DO NOT USE H&R BLOCK. Their "tax specialist" screwed up my return AND overcharged me for their service. Had to go back because the IRS sent me a letter. H&R Block employees admitted they had to fire that employee and that everyone's taxes he touched were wrong. Yet they still messed up and I received another IRS letter. No refund from them. The ordeal lasted over 6 months and I accrued hundreds of dollars in fees because of them.
They were nice. Was met in parking lot by beggars in the morning at 10:00 am no appointment. But it's 2:30 pm
Great experience at h and r block getting my taxes done again quickly!
