Cherri Roberts in your Nashua location was a ROCK STAR!! She was very detailed and helpful when having to deal with my letter from the IRS. May I also add she was also very helpful with assisting the Office Manager Linda who was also fantastic! Cherri made my experience less stressful than I could ever imagine! No communication, full of mistakes, and our return wasn't processed until the last minute. Made us almost miss the deadline. They deserve no stars. Avoid them at all costs.
I fell in love with this place in a 20 year old and the mad me so happy when I was stressed the manager helped us Laurie makowski the sweetest lady ever she has my heart. She knows exactly what she’s doing and we were in and out I brought my 5 month old and there was no issue she gave him a bib and made my family feel at home.
Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I had an appointment, arrived on time, checked in, and was told I’d see Veronica yet they ignored my appointment and kept taking people who came after me. No communication, no accountability, just chaos. I waited while others went in and out, and my scheduled time meant nothing. Wasted my time. I left without being seen. Avoid this location.
I had an excellent experience working with Veronica. From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to clearly explain everything and answered all of my questions with patience. Even though I arrived 30 minutes late to my appointment, she made what is usually a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.
