This is the worst and most unprofessional tax company I have ever been to, they seem like nice people and all but they took over 2 months to get my taxes done and every time I had to call to see what else I needed for them to be done before the deadline, I could never get in touch with Dolly and when the deadline came she was ducking my calls so much so that she got on the phone herself and told me she was away. I've never had to hunt down my tax "expert" just to get my taxes done
DOLLY was SO RUDE. We came in and immediately were assigned to her. You could tell she didn’t want to help anyone, she kept saying there were too many people and she kept huffing and puffing and to the people that walked in, she was so rude to them and made one feel so bad, they just left. She was so condescending and such a grouch, maybe she was overwhelmed but she definitely showed she didn't want to do her job. There are bunch of incompetent personnel that really don't know anything about tax ! They still haven't issued my 15 dollars check after 3 months !
One of the most caring and compassionate people i have ever met. She actually cared about finding all the deductions for me and my family. I will never go anywhere but to her at H&R Block
