We were told to drop off stuff off before the appointment we made so that they could enter everything in and go over it with us quickly and get in and out fast the day of. They made note that both my husband and I had income, we sold a home, moved, had a child, and self employed income. We got to the appointment and they had not entered our information and we had to sit there while the guy typed it into the computer just like we’d have done at home.
