I came in with multiple documents that probably would have most people’s head spin. Mark was able to easily make sense of them. While Mark did my taxes he explained everything he was inputting. He even looked into my previous tax return and found a mistake. Mark has to be the Iverson or Kobe of taxes! (Or whatever player you like)
Extremely rude company worst H &R block I have ever been and seen will never go back worst service I ever seen at this location very unprofessional this location man has a sever anger problem and will take it out on u grudges are expected
This man that runs/owns this H&R Block is by far the most unprofessional accountant I've ever known. There is no 100% money- back guarantee if they mess up, which they will. H&R Block corporate can do nothing to help you because Mark is the owner of this franchise and has to approve all refunds, which he will not do of course. You will lose a chargeback against them because he is the owner and the credit card companies/banks require you to get your taxes done by another accountant in order to prove what he did was wrong to g... read more
