This man that runs/owns this H&R Block is by far the most unprofessional accountant I've ever known. There is no 100% money- back guarantee if they mess up, which they will. H&R Block corporate can do nothing to help you because Mark is the owner of this franchise and has to approve all refunds, which he will not do of course. You will lose a chargeback against them because he is the owner and the credit card companies/banks require you to get your taxes done by another accountant in order to prove what he did was wrong to g... read more

First, I want to preface this by saying that I recently visited a different H&R Block location, and the service I received there was wonderful. However, when I initially called the main H&R Block number for this particular location, it went to voicemail. Two days later, when I called back and politely mentioned that I had a few questions, the response I received was, "Uhhh, I mean if they are quick then yeah," in a disgusted tone.
