They were unable to do my taxes the same day of my appointment, which is odd because my taxes aren’t complicated. I itemize, I do not take the standard deduction but still that’s not complicated. I was then given an appointment at a later date only to be cancelled by them at the last minute, about a few hours from the appointment itself. Our Tax Preparer was fantastic. Gave us great advice, helped us make decisions and found the maximum refund we could get. She was helpful and explained everything we were doing. She gave us a sense of confidence that we were doing the right thing. Thanks Tara. UPDATE - This claim was done wrong and I have been dealing with the issue for over 4 years with no resolution.
