I called to verify the nearest location and possibly schedule an appointment with a tax preparer. I spoke with the receptionist Fidelia Mitchell, absolute terrible customer service skills. Mitchell’s condescending attitude towards my one simple question in regards to the nearest location displayed that she may not like her job or does not want to be there for the day.
