I had a disappointing experience with Sandy Qian. She did not take the time to explain what she was doing, and when I asked questions to clarify my confusion, she seemed not to understand or make an effort to help. Her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism made the interaction frustrating. I would not recommend her services.
Mary was very helpful and informative
The tax professional didn't know how to do the refund advance. I did my best to walk her through it but she clicked no on the question asking for permission to access my information and she clicked no. Ruining my shot at the advance this year.
