Jonathan R was incredible! I highly recommend him. He helped me understand my deductions and credits. He thoughtfully explained how some things had changed since last year and was exceptionally thorough. He was very patient while I looked for additional documents to help me get the best return possible. I will be returning next year. Filing faxes can be awful, but Jonathan is an asset to HR Block Gorham.
Stay away from HRBlock Gorham ME. Unprofessional, uncommunicative , and highly untrustworthy. Never had I ever had such problems with a company :they put a hold on my filing when their system failed to reflect that my $300 payment had processed . They had all of my info in their office, and yet no one communicated with me and it took over 30 days to finally get my taxes filed! 0 out of 10. Do not recommend
This place is a disaster! Had them file my return for the state of Maine! The problem is the person forgot to press send! If I had not called the State of Maine to see if they had received my tax return I would have missed out on the $850 check from the state! I would not recommend this office!
Rebecca Leeman has been amazing throughout the last few years . Having a great experience every single time makes me want to stay forever.
