I called to make an appointment and a somewhat rude guy answered and asked for my social security number phone and email I said I could give phone and email but would not give my social security number just to make an appointment and he hung up on me. Be careful.... I ended up making an appointment online and spoke to someone else, told her what happened and she said that is not normal and should not have happened.
