Super rude customer service over the phone.
I called to make an appointment and a somewhat rude guy answered and asked for my social security number phone and email I said I could give phone and email but would not give my social security number just to make an appointment and he hung up on me. Be careful.... I ended up making an appointment online and spoke to someone else, told her what happened and she said that is not normal and should not have happened. Lou was an absolute delight to work with, he was fast and efficient. We were in and out in no time. He also was thorough when explaining all my tax paperwork. Will return next year for sure!
