Filed my taxes with hr block in centerton and jade prepared my taxes in Feb. Since then I have not received my federal tax but it has been received. I had a return date of March 4th but that didn't happen. Been calling this office to speak with jade about whays going on and the receptionist keeps telling me all they can do is take my name and number. No one will call me back so had to call Fayetteville to get some kind of answers and the gentleman there actually gave me more answers and directions then the centerton location... read more
