Had to correct the preparer several times. Was told wrong information about my return. Had my return rejected for the 2nd year in a row, resulting in further delay with my return.
I did my taxes here 227 days ago. I also paid for identity protection. Since filling 227 days ago I have had my identity stolen. 45k charged to credit cards. Had to close bank accounts. I received a letter from its saying my identity has been compromised. American express says I had my identity stolen. H&R block says I'm all good!!!!! Also they will not help me figure out where my refund is. DO NOT GO TO GRAPEVINE LOCATION. TERRIBLE . I've been doing my taxes there for 10 years. Never again.
HR Block tiene un personal muy profesional con amplio conocimiento en taxes y el credito por panels solares, me aclraron todas mis dudas. Este es mi 4to año llenando los taxes con la Sra.Martinez de HR Block. Definitivamente los recomiendo.
