Sitting here in front of the office! Website says it opens @ 11! Hours on door says it opens at 11 yet there’s no one here!! Frustrating is an understatement! I have driven around trying to find an open HNR and NONE have the right info!! I tried HNR - Finding another company, you are NOT dependable!

David MacFarlane was by far the RUDEST, most UNPROFESSIONAL man I have ever dealt with. I had my taxes done with someone else at the same location that was absolutely lovely and took his time so I referred my boyfriend (told I would be sent a referral email to redeem money.) From the moment we sat down everyone word that came out of our mouths was dismissed and ignored by Mr. MacFarlane. He rushed us and did not answer any questions or respond to concerns at all. I paid the extra money for the peace of mind and had used them for nearly 20 years, but now IRS are coming after me because of their tax errors. Errors which they will not earn up to.
