Again I thought we fixed the aggravation from the automated system. Made an appt at Buckwalter at 12 on 27th. Then I start getting messages saying 29th at 3 on Robert Smalls. I've never gone through so much aggravation in my life to make an appt. I'm pissed off! You don't switch my appt!! Maybe it's time to go elsewhere for my taxes!!
