I just wanted to do a shout out to Karen in the Johnston RI Office. She has been absolutely wonderful to speak with. She has been beyond helpful and during a stressful time this is much needed.
Other than the higher end pricing for my taxes it was a great experience. Alex was wonderful! Such a great experience and I would fly all the way from North Carolina to Rhode Island just have this gentleman again. Very welcoming and inviting, professional, exceptional at his job, and honestly tries the best for his clients. He goes above and beyond to create an atmosphere and outcome that benefits everyone the best way possible.
