I had my taxes done last year by Elizabeth Carleton in the Ronkonkoma office. Everything was fine. I decided to go back again this year. So I scheduled an appointment online for Wednesday at 5:30pm. When I arrived at 5:25pm, she was just sitting down with another customer. I don't know if they were a walk-in or a scheduled appointment. I’ve been there twice in the last two days with a 7 o’clock appointment and each time they ask if I could come back at 9 PM or leave them with my paperwork and come back when it’s done I’ve never heard of such thing I will be going to another branch for service
