I made an appointment at this store for first time to get taxes done with Pam. She was more than rude suggesting my refund check may not cover the $167 dollar fee to file taxes without ever looking at my paperwork. Told me 3 times I can just get up and leave if I want which I happily obliged the third time she suggested this. Lastly Pam then said I would be charged almost $300 if I wanted her to do my taxes because of a loan disbursement from my 401k plan.
