The tax advisor that helped me filed my taxes was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The entire process, from checking in for my appointment to the tax preparation was processional and done in a timely manner.
Do yourself a favor. Run away. Go elsewhere or ask someone to help you do it yourself… These people are not here to help you. Don’t ask questions because they’ll respond with “want to do it yourself” which I responded with -are you serious- or trying to be a smart ***? Puzzled… the silence that followed made me realize how stupid it is to come here.. I’ve gone to the same person at this place for years but she was gone.. so I got stuck with someone else. Not coming back.
