Very friendly and professional, they helped with my taxes very quickly. Done with my taxes this year.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff
I dropped off my tax forms on a Sunday and made an appointment for later in the week to pick up the completed tax returns. I come in and the tax returns had not even been completed. Why would I make an appointment to watch someone do the data entry on a tax return???? The tax preparer was not organized and fumbled around. The whole experience was painful and unprofessional. Steer clear and pay the $35 for the online version.
We enjoyed meeting Maria and having her file our taxes but afterward, when we had a simple question, she never returned our calls: 8 of them to be exact, and well as 5 voicemails and a letter. She obviously is far too busy to accommodate common courtesy and so we will find another representative to assist us in the future. Wallace and Adonna Kamens
