I'd like to thank Donna Klein for doing a great job and providing excellent service to my dad, who is well into his 80s. We had used HR Block before, including last year; so when I came into town to help my father with a few things for a week, I stopped by HR Block to try to get an appointment. Donna happened to be there at the office waiting for a client. By far the worst experience filing taxes. I was there for 3 hours with a woman who did not know what she was doing. And her manager/coworker knew this and did not assist enough to ensure that my taxes were properly handled. I was never offered water by the front desk but she offered the other guests who walked in. AND I WAS THIRSTY! I got there at 5:30 and left at 8:30. And to top it all off, I was wrongly charged over $600 and my taxes were filed incorrectly. I don't think I will ever use H&R block again!!!
