By far the worst experience filing taxes. I was there for 3 hours with a woman who did not know what she was doing. And her manager/coworker knew this and did not assist enough to ensure that my taxes were properly handled. I was never offered water by the front desk but she offered the other guests who walked in. AND I WAS THIRSTY! I got there at 5:30 and left at 8:30. And to top it all off, I was wrongly charged over $600 and my taxes were filed incorrectly. I don't think I will ever use H&R block again!!!
Bonny handled and prepared my taxes. She was very professional and cared about my process. My father passed away at the end of last year and this tax season was different for me. I will definitely use her again next year!
Friendly, knowledgeable, and was very quick to file paperwork.
