I don’t recommend they charge to much and don’t keep you up to date …they need better customer service… they also don’t pick up their phone … they just waste your time … if I could give less stars I would..
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I worked with Brenda Reyes and Buryle Kilday. What was supposed to be a simple tax return ended up with me visiting the office a total of 4 times just to get my taxes sorted out and receive my refund… a total waste of time. I live and work in Texas, but my employer is based in Connecticut. Anyone who knows tax basics should understand that if you live and work in Texas, you don’t owe Connecticut state taxes. Great experience..... Leticia Torres worked on my husband's tax paperwork as well as mine. She was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Would definitely recommend her and this office.
Ms.A Lopez was excellent, I was in and out on day of appointment. She was very communicative and had plenty of information to help me on my next time around. Thank you so much already booked with her for next year!
