I’ve been doing my taxes with H&R at various locations since 2012 and once at this one, but I’ll never set foot in this location again. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different office. I made an appointment weeks ago, today just 3 hours before my appt, I get a call that they need me to come in earlier, or just drop my forms off and let someone do them later. Save yourself a lot of hassle and don’t do get your taxes done at this location. My taxes were very simple, I fully paid for them to be done and provided all documents. Was given my packet and told everything was done. However the tax preparer Judy Landon failed to submit my taxes. This was not discovered until after the deadline of April 15th! I will never use this particular location again.
If there’s any way you can avoid this place, do so. There seem to only be two employees here, and only one that actually does tax work. She did not explain what she was doing, she did not help us find any applicable deductions, and we ended up owing quite a bit of money to the federal government and she could not explain why, or how to properly fix it for next year. We also left without knowing the details of our return because she did not know how to properly file our out of state taxes from last year prior to moving to CO.... read more
