Worst H&R Block I've ever been to. They lost my tax documents that I dropped off, kept pressing me to "just go online", in office staff (Brad) didn't know how to use a computer. I was assigned to Charmaine who kept asking questions that didn't make sense, which made me sound like a crazy person when I tried to clarify with anyone else. I am having my taxes looked over elsewhere because they sucked so hard. Literally never going back to HR block
