After paying $500 ( changed jobs 401k rollover,interest in an account (Just a factory worker no special complicated forms) for the second time I had to go back due to mistakes made that the feds,and state noticed.First time I had underpaid only about $20 but months later I was told I owed Feds but they owe me around $200.Perkasie isn't even open now so I had to go elsewhere to have it dealt with .You would think they'd rebate some of that $500 because it still isn't worked out .No more H& R for me.Their " experts" quite ofte... read more
Tammy at the Perkasie office is appalling to speak to. She's aggressive, arrogant and really needs to be moved out of that office
The old women here work off of commission so they will add fees until they can take 50% of your refund! Then they will argue with you.
