Tammy is an absolute nightmare. She is SO incredibly rude that she made me cry while filing my taxes in January. I called today (2/19) with a follow up question about my state taxes and I was met with that same nasty, NASTY attitude... Carol usually does them she is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and extremely patient... I'll never go back to anyone but her.
