I was scheduled for 10am, they swapped the location for my appointment and so I arrive at 10 and they take a walk in before me. Completly makes scheduling an appointment pointless
Kimberly spots and the district manager are so deceptive, incompetent and their attempt to gaslight me today was a joke when I have all the evidence. I am a single mom who they are looking at lawsuits at this point I am so disgusted. DO NOT go here. paid an excessive amount of money (1k) in 2022 to have 3 easy tax returns processed. There was an issue with someone claiming my son fraudulently so it took me 5 months to even find out my returns were sent back. My taxes were prepared by Kimberly Spotts at H & R Block in Souderton, PA. I have received notices from Philadelphia, Berkheimer and Harrisburg regarding missing tax information. There are late fees being accessed and collection agencies have also reached out. I have prepared my taxes with H & R Block for years, and I have never had this problem before. I would like all tax problems created due to negligence resolved and corrected. Also, find and return all of my original tax documents that were dropped off for scanning.
Kimberly Spotts is wonderful to work with! She is very calm and caring, personable and yet professional. She goes the extra mile and has decades of experience. I highly recommend her! Thank you, Kimberly, for doing my mom’s final tax return after her death. After 20+ years of helping her with her taxes, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your patience and kindness to her through the years!
