I was having a really bad day .A lady named VICKI called my name to come back.by the time I left she had me feeling on top of the world . She treated me with the up most respect and I appreciated that .SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXCELLENT SERVICE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER .SHE GETS FIVE rating from me. Very awesome lady.
My tax return preparer, Mr Persons, was knowledgeable, accurate and pleasant while he answered my questions as he prepared and filed my tax forms. I have no complaints and will probably use HR Block tax filing services next year.

I would highly recommend Trotwood H&R Block! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Larry and Brittany are the best! From beginning to end professional and kind.
