My tax return preparer, Mr Persons, was knowledgeable, accurate and pleasant while he answered my questions as he prepared and filed my tax forms. I have no complaints and will probably use HR Block tax filing services next year.

I would highly recommend Trotwood H&R Block! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Larry and Brittany are the best! From beginning to end professional and kind. Terrible service. My tax preparer Vicky claimed she texted me and sent emails about scheduling an appointment. That is a bald faced lie. I never received a single text or email from her. After 9 days of waiting I had to call her to ask what was going on. She then put me off for another 2 days and the only time she could see me was very inconvenient for me. I would give zero stars if I could. I will drive 20 miles out of my way not to use them next year.
