I would highly recommend Trotwood H&R Block! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Larry and Brittany are the best! From beginning to end professional and kind. Great conversation and comforting. I came in to do an amendment on my taxes and to get more knowledge about what decision to make regarding amending my taxes. Terrible service. My tax preparer Vicky claimed she texted me and sent emails about scheduling an appointment. That is a bald faced lie. I never received a single text or email from her. After 9 days of waiting I had to call her to ask what was going on. She then put me off for another 2 days and the only time she could see me was very inconvenient for me. I would give zero stars if I could. I will drive 20 miles out of my way not to use them next year.
