Great experience getting my taxes done and I didn't even have to go into an office, I used their Approve Online service and Anne Olinger who is the manager and tax pro there did them overnight! Just uploaded my documents into a My-block account then when they were done just logged back in to sign and pay. They will also do a second look to see if I have any more credits I can take from last year.

I spent at least 20 hours on the phone with H&R Block last tax season trying to resolve a software issue where tax returns wouldn't print property for Apple (IOS) users. After 3 software updates over 2 months didn't work, they advised me to go to a nearby H&R Block office and have them print the forms for me. This and the other H&R Block offices I called told me they couldn't help me. I wouldn't recommend using H&R Block, especially if you're an Apple (IOS) computer user.

H&R Block in Bradenton is excellent! They are very professional & truly knows the law of taxes. They ask the appropriate questions for deductions & are quite knowledgeable in all areas of tax returns. On a personal level: Tim greeted us at the door like family. He is so kind & personable that we feel at home. Joe was our tax consultant & was new to us this year, but immediately related to us & our concerns.
