Patricia was able to help us file our taxes and figure out a more complicated tax situation. She was helpful and made sure she took her time to do things right. We will use this branch of HR Block again in the future, and want to give a big thank you to Patricia!

H&R Block did not file our taxes last year, despite me providing receipt showing our payment and using Catherine Fife's services in 2023. Although this seems to have been resolved, and she offered to credit back last year's fees due to the confusion (which I expressed gratitude and appreciation to her, and I hope she follows through on), this seemed to set the tone for the atmosphere of the appointment this year as well.
