H&R Block almost cost me over $750!!! I noticed that my state return was -$358 and this didn't seem right to me, I attempted to contact support and was ignored multiple times. I had to go online to search for my w-2 forms to see where the discrepancy was, and after updating my information my state return was +$336. That adds up to a difference of $694, and to top it all off, H&R Block still tried to charge me $76 for their "Max refund, Accuracy guarantee." That is a RIP OFF!
