I have been filing my taxes with H&R Block for a few years now I just went in to Lebanon branch and Danielle who did my taxes forgot to apply for my advance refund and then tried to play it out as if it was done. when I called her about it for the second time she tried to give me the run around so I decided to call the marshfield branch and they went above and beyond to figure out her mistake and not only did she make a mistake she lied to me. Danielle was our tax preparer. At first we really liked her. But she started to seem very ditzy and very unprofessional towards the end. She lost our tax packet with all our important information in it, then proceeded to talk smack on her newer coworkers. Waited 2 days. And contacted her asking about where the packet was and if everything went okay because we hadn't heard anything.
