My experience today at the H&R Block was exceptional. I met with Marisela to complete my self employed tax return. In my opinion, today's visit with Marisela was the first time that my tax return was done with such ease. Marisela, showed her expertise and knowledge and knew exactly how to help me. I've been coming here for 7 years and today was the first time I left feeling confident that my return was done not only correctly but professionally.

I have been going to HR Block and have always been 100 % satisfied with the service I received from Margie Butler. She is very knowledgeable and always does a great Job preparing my tax return and always explains everything to me. I highly recommend Margie Butler from HR Block .
If I could give 0 stars I would. I trusted professionals to help get my taxes done and they screwed up TWICE! They took no accountability especially the manager whose name starts with an M. On top of that I was told there is nothing she can do for me and had to wait for her manger to call me. I will remove this post if I get the help I need but I would not recommend HNR block to anyone!
