I did my taxes at this H&R Block about a year ago, and little did I know the amount of anguish and disgust could I have for such an institution than when I did my taxes there. As the taxes were originally filed, they said we owed the IRS an amount that did not make sense from the get-go. They forgot to do due diligence and add very important information which VASTLY changed how much would be owed by us from the IRS. And in trying to contact them to amend the form, they merely denied and gave EMPTY PROMISES to alleviate the s... read more
Went in to get our taxes done, we sat down with Stephen Ladson had the worst incounter. Doesn't inspire confidence that your taxes will be done correctly. We explained we had life events happen that would require more than just standard w2s, but we didnt know what he needed. To that he just said "documents, i don't know what do you have" and he staired at us blankly at random times like he doesn't know what he Is doing.
