We have slightly more complicated than average taxes, so I wanted to find someone who was a subject matter expert and had experience. Dan was exactly who we needed. My wife and I spent a little over an hour with him, and after we both itemized everything appropriately, we were good to go. Dan even said our complications were "a fun challenge." Glad we came to this location, and we'll be back again next year for sure.
Keep trying to call and speak with someone, but it does not let me you should fix your phone system. I have been calling for over 2 1/2 weeks.
Dan is very good. He is procedural and kind, just what anyone should expect from a pro filer.
