Upon arrival I was greeted by an older grumpy lady who seemed irritated that we were there. After telling them I had an appointment, and stating I had a miltax account, she exclaimed rudely she didn't know what that was (it's a military/veterans account for free online filing) and then proceeded to shuffle through my papers. After I told her what all my papers were, she said they never get those forms here and then proceeded to give me an estimate of at least $300 to do my taxes and asked if I still wanted her to do my taxes... read more
