I had been filing my taxes with H&R Block all of my adult life. Then I discovered that my two of my tax returns hadn't even been completed by H&R Block, taxes for the years 2022-2023 were never even filed. And due to my negligence and trust of H&R Block, I had to find this out from the IRS. So I called this location to ask some questions. The receptionist was incredibly rude. Very good and pleasant. Nice easy process.
Geetha is terrible at her job she told me it cost $250 for each year filed and she wanted an answer now before I waster her time. She couldn't even navigate the computer or use her printer correctly. How do you hire such incompetent people. Before I could even give an answer she figured I wasn't able to pay. She assumed I didn't because I am black and came in with sweats. I swear I hate going to hr block
