Spent 40 minutes to have changes made to tax return for the consensus to be that the tax “Pro” couldnt figure out the system to file the changes and I was then asked to make another trip back to sign paperwork so that another tax pro could figure it out…With the amount of money I pay to have my taxes done here this should NOT be an issue.
