Went there and quoted $260.00 this was for a standard deduction. No itemized deductions Left there and went to jackson Hewitt. Cost $150.00. Hr block is a ripoff check around b4 you go there.
Clarissa Meyer does a awesome job. She knows what's she's doing! The receptionist is very friendly at this location also! I would recommend anyone that is nervous about doing there taxes like I was when I moved to give them a try. I can't speak on behalf of all the tax analyst that work here because I have been seeing the same lady every year but give them a try.
I am completely happy with Clarissa Meyer preparing my taxes. She always explains everything to me, answers all of my questions, and I never feel rushed.
Have gone here for at least 5 years in a row, never had a problem until filing 2023s taxes. We got a girl who had, very literally, no idea what she was doing and had no problem telling us this was not her normal job and how stupid she thought the whole process was. It took hours because she filled out the health insurance portion wrong and couldn't figure out how to fix it. We got a lower refund than we have in years. Beware who's running the keyboard!!!!
