We paid $140 to file our state taxes last year and received 2 letters that our taxes were never filed. My husbands been at H&R Block for over an hour and between 2 branches they can’t figure out why they weren’t filed. Meanwhile we’re getting letters from the IRS with penalties. Will never go here for taxes again!
If I could give zero stars I would. They messed up our taxes SO BAD that it was a $10,000 MISTAKE! Yes, $10,000 that we have to pay. Not only that, they had to resubmit it AND THEY STILL CHARGED US AGAIN to prepare it. DO NOT trust H&R Block, TEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR TAXES! That is the only "guarantee" they will honor.
