I usually don't have very good experiences starting with the front desk person always being rude and unhappy but this year we were very impressed there was a young lady by the name of Billie at the front desk and she was so happy to be doing her job and helping people coming in and out she is a great multi tasker and we look forward to coming back next year in hopes she will be there to help
I wanna share my experience i came in with my husband to do my taxes and the lady at the front counter was so busy yet she did so very well she was patient, focused and working so hard she helped us as it was our first time using your services she got us right in to be seen made she we were taken care of and when the tax pro messed up or didn't know what they were doing she made sure to point us to the right people thank God for people like her...!!
