I can not believe this place does taxes they like charged me 600 dollars im below poverty but work charged me 600 told me because I brought my bf we both would get 25 dollars off actually the phamlet said 75 then sje says no it's 20 then I got nothing g back after the 600 h and block got amd I was told I was gwttin back 6000 the secretary different ones thay were on the many times I had to come back cause they forgot something they mixed me amd my bus stuff all together to the point where nothing g was right we had wrong sig... read more
I’ll start off by saying I love H&R Block. I’ve always used them. Went to this branch because I was claiming my fiances children this year, and this is where she gets her taxes done specifically so I figured I’d make it easy. Jacob, the tax “pro” was absolutely horrible. I’m not one to complain about customer service, because I understand everyone has an off day.
