I like to think I'm aware of some of my flaws. That's why I can comfortably say I am an impatient person. I don't write very many reviews so maybe I'm just having a bad day but Denise Price from H&R Block didn't help. Booked am appointment a little less than a week in advance with her for 12pm on a Sunday. Show up a little under ten minutes early. A few people walk by her desk letting her know I'm waiting... and I continue to sit there with no update for about 20 minutes before I decide to just walk out pissed. Who knows how... read more
