I had an extension and dropped off my taxes 3 weeks ago. I tried to text the person that has them multiple times and called and left messages--no reply at all. I even contacted the office that they work out of which is in Easton, MD and still have not heard a thing. I'm so mad, but I'm not going to post their name. This represents very poor customer service and really makes HR Block look bad. The worst part of it is that I don't understand why someone can't even respond to a text.
I have no complaint about the service I received I just have a grip about the final price I feel that the price is a excessive so I will not be using there service going forward
If you’re young and black and make more money then Dave he will question you so much and make jokes at you definitely not recommend Dave ! He’s a racist , I get it I was being nice from the door then he kept repeating asking me questions about the company I work for and “ how did we get that contract to make enough money “been going for years never got racial profilied for how much money I make a year
H&R Block needs to learn how to clone Dawn Parks at the Easton Office! She is awesome and I highly recommend her!
