Michelle is the best ever
I do not recommend Connie Dent at the office in West Branch, MI! We will never return! Do not expect uninterrupted service by the senior tax preparer! She is flippant and will continually answer phone calls during your appointment. During those calls we were able to view personal information on her screen from all of the people that were calling. She continually spoke down to us and seemed as if we were a complete inconvenience to her. She also would not accept the $100 coupon emailed to us directly from H&R Block.
