The way I see it, they owe me 3 stars. Incompetent, rude, and grossly overpriced. Disgustingly rude to my mother when she filed as well. Nice job losing a 5+ year client due to ineptitude and laziness. Go to William Katchen, also in town, for a professional, efficient, and pleasant process.
My tax preparer Claudia Pregliasco was outstanding. Claudia set a 4pm appointment to review my filing. My appointment was only delayed by 10 mins which was more tha understandable. Claudia took great care in explaining my tax preperation. I never felt rushed and Claudia seem to genuinely care.
So expensive just to file. There are cheaper options and I will be filing elsewhere next year. No relief for a 5+ year loyal member. The preparer tried to scan a coupon for me, but it didn't work so she said there was nothing she could do.
