Inexperienced, poor to non-existent communication, and moving forward, I’ll have additional steps to complete filing taxes each year b/c of the tax preparer incompetence. I paid $210, and it took roughly 2 weeks to get my return completed, and it was ultimately not completed by the original person preparing it b/c he abandoned my file.
Cathy is a great tax preparer. Handled our returns and helped with getting in-laws as well.
I have been coming to H&R Block for 16 years and with the same person, Valerie in Waterford lakes, she is such a delight person and always explain our return in a way that we understand. Valerie always makes our filling so an amazing experience.
My husband and I have been going two years to Cathy for our taxes and it’s always a great experience and she explains everything so well! We will continue to come here for our financial needs. Cathy is the best!!
