Pam sucks at her job. Pay $350 for a terrible service. Failed to give decent advice, essentially kicked my wife and I out because “we ran out of time”. Failed to also give cohesive instructions with next steps. Tax season is pretty stressful for most people so I would look elsewhere if you want real help, this place will just stress you out more. Their app & website constantly have login issues as well not sending verifications to login til 30 minutes later. Wish I would have found someone else to help with taxes.
I dropped the ball with taxes this year and filed late. My agent was a delight to work with. Quick, efficient and professional.
