My husband and I have been using H&R Block for yrs. We usually have Dawn ad our tax pro, however there was an issue and she wasn't able to prepare our taxes this year. No biggie, we trust the service. Today we received a check from HR block for 508 bucks. Of course I called not understanding why. I was put on hold while being transferred to a tax specialist to answer my question and ( this happened 3 or 4 times ) disconnected each time so I called back.
