I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from H&R Block!! This is my first and last time having my taxes done by them. The lack of awareness and preparation is poor or just deliberate. At this time, I will not reveal my the tax accountant but she clearly left a dependent off of my tax return. Fortunately, the IRS rejected it immediately due to me needing to provide a six digit pin. She then went back and added my dependent, raising my return almost $1,000!!! She NEVER owned or admitted it which upset me very muc... read more
